Dion Marchan Managing Director
Mr. Marchan’s vision has been to enhance our environment through safe, innovative and applied new technologies thus the formation of E.A.R.T.H. Company Limited. He has brought a wealth of experience and training from his past positions in the Middle East, Europe, South America and Trinidad and Tobago.
Mr. Marchan has from inception, been integral in the planning, design and coordination of all of E.A.R.T.H.’s major projects. Mr. Marchan was responsible for the design, planning, manufacture and operation of a prototype Helium gas-testing unit, C.H.I.L.L. T.I.M.E., during his tenure at Operational Support Services Co. Ltd.
This was and still is the only remote gas-testing unit for well bore production strings in the world. The only one of its kind globally, Dion has taken this unit to drilling rigs in Trinidad and Tobago and the Middle East.
As Operations Manager, South America, Gatorhawk Tuboscope Mr. Marchan opened up the South American market enabling them to expand from their existing markets in the USA. Mr. Marchan was also team leader for the upgrade and modification of Connection Technologies Torque Turn software. He was also responsible for the first computer monitored re-injection string at Monsanto Chemical Plant in Louisiana, North America.
He is now responsible for the design of cuttings washing units, oil/water separator units, incinerators and variable vacuum distillation units as well as supervising all aspects of E.A.R.T.H.’s operations.
Arnim Ramsey Chief Executive Officer.
A creative and decisive team player, Mr. Ramsey has broken new ground for all of our products and services and continues to do so.
Well known in the community for his clinical marketing strategies, Arnim has been responsible for the introduction of Chevron Lubricants into our local market. The largest supplier of lubricants in the world, Mr. Ramsey headed this distributorship and during his tenure won and maintained 2 year contract accounts for the Inncogen power plant, the Public Transport Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago, the largest lubricant user in the country and The Titan Methanol plant. He now handles the management of all of our major local and foreign accounts.
Also a risk assessment specialist, he has done a number of professional studies to add tangible and measured value to the petroleum, manufacturing and industrial environment. Other assignments have been in Administration, Supervision of professional staff and Strategic Planning.
Duane Ragbir Techinical Services Manager
Responsible for the chemical design and bulk production of our EC Range of products, as well as design and maintenance of our proprietary equipment, Mr. Ragbir heads up our operations department. A process plant engineer, with an academic background in chemical engineering, safe, intelligent systems are at the forefront of his capabilities. Trained by the patent holders of our products, Mr. Ragbir has been responsible for our blending plant operations and our company’s strategic planning for technical services and operations personnel.
His previous experience at the Trinidad and Tobago Methanol plant at the Point Lisas Industrial estate eminently qualifies his appointment to this portfolio. This included supervision of major plant overhauls, plant turnarounds and predictive and preventative maintenance schedules.
