EC Clean
Our EC line of enzyme products exhibit the unique property of converting most oil based substances into a 100% biodegradable soap/stearate derivative safe enough for disposal in any sewage system, municipal sewage treatment, open seas or land farming operations without affecting fresh water sources. They will also chelate most heavy metals and leave no petrochemical distillates after proper treatment. MSDS
EC 101 - Cuttings Wash
We have developed a drill cuttings wash system, which virtually removes all hydrocarbon,Synthetic based mud and Non-Aqueaous fluids contamination from drilled cuttings before it is discharged into the sea. This system was designed to efficiently expose the hydrocarbon contaminated drill cuttings to the EC 101 Cuttings Wash enabling effective removal of the hydrocarbon or non aqueous fluid. Our Cuttings Wash EC 101 used with this agitator has been able to reduce hydrocarbons on cuttings from 27% to 0.05% in one pass, other mechanical treatments are only able to discharge the same percentage to only 10% - 15%. EC 102 - Tank Cleaner
Our EC line of enzyme products exhibit the unique property of converting most oil based substances into a 100% biodegradable soap/stearate derivative safe enough for disposal in any sewage system, municipal sewage treatment, open seas or land farming operations without affecting fresh water sources. They will also chelate most heavy metals and leave no petrochemical distillates after proper treatment.This Product will put your formation fines in any tank bottom into solution with minimal pump agitation. EC 103 - Emulsion Breaker
EC 103 breaks down the long chain and cyclic paraffins (along with other long chain hydrocarbons such as asphaltenes) allowing them to return to the oil phase permanently. For this reason, most oils/crude can no longer nucleate solids or water. Therefore we have the unique capability of dewatering and separating the heaviest crude without the use of heat or any other costly chemicals and/or equipment. MSDS
EC 104 - Rig Wash
EC 104 product exhibits the unique property of converting most oil based substances into a 100% biodegradable soap/stearate derivative safe enough for disposal in any sewage system, municipal sewage treatment, open seas or land farming operation without affecting fresh water sources. EC 106 - Viscosity Reducer EC 106 was designed for the treatment of difficult paraffin and asphaltene problems. When applied correctly, we normally see a significant reduction in viscosity allowing most solids to separate rapidly, at that time. EC 106 breaks down the long chain and cyclic paraffins (along with other long chain hydrocarbons such as asphaltenes) allowing them to return to the oil phase permanently. For this reason, most oils/crude can no longer nucleate solids or water. Therefore we have the unique capability of dewatering and separating the heaviest crude without the use of heat or any other costly chemicals and/or equipment.
E.C. 106 can be forced into the formation injected continuously via gas lift injection lines or chemical injection lines, Injected on Flow lines, Discharge into lines & manifolds or used for well cleanouts after drilling, work-overs & completions. MSDS
EC Paraffin and Asphaltene Dispersant
This product was designed to release paraffin and asphaltene buildup in the well bore, Screens, Liners, Down hole pumps, valves, Tubing, annulus and flow lines. MSDS
